exhibited works by artist Joseph Patrick. The artist retired from a
distinguished teaching career in 2003 with his most recent appointment being the
art faculty of the University of Iowa. Patrick finds intriguing possibilities in
the everyday, and his work in all media challenges us to see the world with new
eyes. The Lunch and Learn series of programs provides an opportunity for
community members to gather together, enjoy a bag lunch, and learn more about
work in the current exhibitions or related subjects. These informal
get-togethers are a fun and friendly way to explore art. Most programs begin in
